At the 13th JWG on HERI between Indonesia and France, you will do more than exhibit. Of course, you will showcase the programs, research outputs, and/or innovations you have, but more than that, you will also establish networks, participate in speed-dating opportunities, and be able to identify the next step for partnerships.

Who Can Exhibit?
We are glad to invite higher education, research, and innovations institutions, from both Indonesia and France, to join us in this year’s JWG’s exhibition in Unesa. The prospective exhibitors need to register in advance by filling up the “Register as Exhibitor” form no later than May 24th. The organizing committee will announce the selected exhibitors.
When Will I Exhibit?
Set up for exhibitors will be available beginning at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2nd, at the Graha Unesa. The exhibition starts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd, and Thursday, July 4th at Graha Unesa. Exhibitors can plan to dismantle displays after 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 4th.

What are the requirements for exhibition poster?
Prospective exhibitors are required to upload the design of their exhibition poster during the registration process. The poster should be in A4 size, in HD quality (minimum 1080p), and submitted in .png/.jpg/.jpeg format.
